Delivery Timelines

Photographer will release the high resolution files (digital negatives) from the Wedding and other pre-wedding events (ie Rehearsal Dinner Coverage, Engagement Session) to Client with in 30 days. These files will be delivered online only, with high resolution downloads available. Photo Books and albums will be delivered 30 Days after final order approval. 

Return/Refund Policy

Retainer and Payment

Client shall pay a retainer equal to  50% of package price to secure the services and products specified herein. Upon signing this contract the amount of the retainer shall be applied to reduce the total balance of the package.  Full package price is due 30 days before the event. Payment arrangements are only available prior to contract signing at the discretion of the studio. If making payments the final balance must always be paid in full no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event. Payments made before The Event date shall be defined as "Retainer(s)" and are non-refundable upon cancellation of The Event. All payments and retainers are non-transferable and non-refundable. Late payments will be billed a $50.00 late payment fee on your next invoice. Payments more that 14 days late give the Photographer the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with no further obligation, retain any monies already paid, and not attend this event.

Cancellation or Postponement

If Client should cancel the event for any reason, the retainer and payments will not be refunded. If canceling this contract Client must notify studio in writing. To consider a date change, studio must first receive a written release of the current contracted date, which will null and void this written contract. If Client needs to change the event date, all monies paid will transfer to the new date per a newly written and signed contract if that date is available for studio and if the studio is able to re-book the original date. If the studio is unable to re-book the original date the retainer will NOT be transferred. The new date must be within six months of the original date or the new contract will be subject to studio current rates. If the new date is unavailable with studio, the contract will be cancelled and the retainer will not be refunded.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We do not use cookies.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties? 

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
