After shooting their engagement session at the Wrigley Mansion we knew their wedding would be a treat. Michelle & Troy teamed up with the amazingVictoria Canada to plan their show-stopping wedding. We loved having the opportunity to work alongside Victoria. She is an incredible wedding planner, true professional, and left no detail untouched while putting the entire wedding party at ease. Troy and Michelle were wed at El Chorro with Camelback Mountain as a scenic backdrop. Their colors were purple with soft gold accents and their floral arrangements were beautiful with pops of green. Their florist, Petal Pushers did a fantastic job. Soft white petals lined the aisle as her bridesmaids dressed in purple one-shoulder gowns walked down. Two adorable flower girls made way for the bride. Michelle stunned as she walked down in an timeless A-line, v-neck dress with the straps resting on her shoulders. Ornate detail was embroidered throughout the dress. It was the perfect December day as they said their vows, and guests laughed as they discovered how the rings were kept for safekeeping (see below!) On to the reception! Simple and classic table numbers, tealights and floral arrangements set the romantic ambience. The food was absolutely mouthwatering to look at and just as delicious to eat. Guests were treated with a delicious 4-tiered cake with white damask detail with salted caramel and raspberry layers. Groomsmen cheered the newlyweds with cigars and bridesmaids with champagne. The bride and groom danced the night away under the gorgeous El Chorro chandeliers and exited through a tunnel of sparklers. Congratulations Michelle & Troy, we loved being part of your special day :) To see their entire gallery, click here!
